EST isn't that difficult. The objectives are really easy, they're all based on the passages.
There's information transfer based on the text too.
And for the essay you need a bit of Science knowledge.
There're formulas when it comes to witting the essay. But you have to write it really long to get more points.
And most importantly, you don't need to read or memorize anything when it comes to this subject...^^ Does this help ?? :P
